Brie w/ Caramelized Apples

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Apples (granny smith work best)
  • ¼ stick Butter
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 wheel Brie

Instructions
 

  • Wash, core and slice Apples leaving skin on.
  • Into a sauté pan place Butter, Sugar, cut Apples and Salt. On a medium low heat stir and sauté until apples are just fork tender but not mushy. Let cool and arrange on Brie. Serve with crackers and sliced nut bread.
