Fresh Peaches w/ Crumbled Blue Cheese & Italian Honey Drizzle
A beautiful salad in August-September when peaches are in season and most delicious and juicy.

Ingredients
- 8 Peaches (1 per person)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Crumbled Blue Cheese (to sprinkle)
Instructions
- Wash and slice Peaches (leave skin on). Place peaches in bowl.
- Toss peaches with Olive Oil, Salt and Fresh Lemon Juice.
- Arrange peaches on salad plates or one serving platter (for family style or buffet).
- Sprinkle peaches with good Crumbled Blue Cheese.
- Drizzle with a delicate clear Italian Honey (or balsamic glaze also works great on this dish).
