Fresh Peaches w/ Crumbled Blue Cheese & Italian Honey Drizzle

A beautiful salad in August-September when peaches are in season and most delicious and juicy.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Peaches (1 per person)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Crumbled Blue Cheese (to sprinkle)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice Peaches (leave skin on). Place peaches in bowl.
  • Toss peaches with Olive Oil, Salt and Fresh Lemon Juice.
  • Arrange peaches on salad plates or one serving platter (for family style or buffet).
  • Sprinkle peaches with good Crumbled Blue Cheese.
  • Drizzle with a delicate clear Italian Honey (or balsamic glaze also works great on this dish).
