Fresh Peaches w/ Crumbled Blue Cheese & Italian Honey Drizzle
A beautiful salad in August-September when peaches are in season and most delicious and juicy.

- 8 Peaches (1 per person)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Crumbled Blue Cheese (to sprinkle)
Wash and slice Peaches (leave skin on). Place peaches in bowl.
Toss peaches with Olive Oil, Salt and Fresh Lemon Juice.
Arrange peaches on salad plates or one serving platter (for family style or buffet).
Sprinkle peaches with good Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Drizzle with a delicate clear Italian Honey (or balsamic glaze also works great on this dish).
