Prosciutto Wrapped Figs w/ Olive Oil Drizzle
This Italian classic is a perfect treat before a large meal whenever figs are in season. Fresh figs have a short season but if you can't find fresh you can use dried mission figs. Dried are good but not the same as fresh figs. A perfect hors d'oeuvre to serve with Prosecco (Italian champagne).
