Bruschetta

This classic Italian appetizer is always a hit.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Diced Large Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Diced Small Onion
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • ½ cup Chopped Fresh Basil
  • ¼ cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Crushed Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • In mixing bowl place all ingredients. Blend well then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve with toasted sliced Italian bread rubbed with fresh garlic.
