Ingredients
- 6 Diced Large Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Diced Small Onion
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- ½ cup Chopped Fresh Basil
- ¼ cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt (to taste)
- Crushed Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In mixing bowl place all ingredients. Blend well then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with toasted sliced Italian bread rubbed with fresh garlic.
