Creamy Tri-colored Cole Slaw

This is my sister Albina's famed recipe. It is not a BBQ or a picnic without this creamy tri-colored slaw.
This is the perfect slaw for pulled pork, any Po' boy sandwich or taco you will serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head White Cabbage (small head)
  • 1 head Red Cabbage (small head)
  • 2 Carrots (peeled and washed)
  • 2 cups Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • tbsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice White Cabbage, Red Cabbage and Carrots and place in mixing bowl.
  • Mix together Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper and Onion Powder and pour over shredded vegetables.
  • Blend well and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
