Creamy Tri-colored Cole Slaw
This is my sister Albina's famed recipe. It is not a BBQ or a picnic without this creamy tri-colored slaw.
This is the perfect slaw for pulled pork, any Po' boy sandwich or taco you will serve.

(peeled and washed)

Hellmann's Mayonnaise

Sour Cream

Black Pepper

Onion Powder
Instructions
Thinly slice White Cabbage, Red Cabbage and Carrots and place in mixing bowl.
Mix together Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper and Onion Powder and pour over shredded vegetables.
Blend well and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
