Ingredients
- Boneless Rib-eye Steak (cleaned, trimmed and cut into strips)
- Zest & Juice of Two Limes
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2-3 tbsp Catsup
- 2-3 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Cumin
Instructions
- Clean, Trim and cut Rib-eye Steak into strips.
- Place steak in mixing bowl and add Lime Zest, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Catsup, Creamy Peanut Butter, White Rice Vinegar, Onion Powder, Garlic powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Hot Sauce, Sugar and Cumin. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Skewer and place on hot oiled grill pan or flat griddle. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
Notes
They are delicious right from the grill but you can also serve them with a Thai Peanut Sauce.
