Boneless Rib-eye Steak(cleaned, trimmed and cut into strips)
Zest & Juice of Two Limes
3tbspOlive Oil
2-3tbspCatsup
2-3tbspCreamy Peanut Butter
1tbspWhite Rice Vinegar
1tspOnion Powder
1tspGarlic Powder
½tspSalt
1tspBlack Pepper
1tbspHot Sauce
½tbspSugar
½tspCumin
Instructions
Clean, Trim and cut Rib-eye Steak into strips.
Place steak in mixing bowl and add Lime Zest, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Catsup, Creamy Peanut Butter, White Rice Vinegar, Onion Powder, Garlic powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Hot Sauce, Sugar and Cumin. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Skewer and place on hot oiled grill pan or flat griddle. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
Notes
They are delicious right from the grill but you can also serve them with a Thai Peanut Sauce.
