Creamy Tomato Soup
Nothing goes better with a warm grilled sandwich than a mug of creamy tomato soup or in this case Hors D'oeuvres size shots.
Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 Grated Onion
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2-3 cans Crushed Tomatoes (large cans)
- 1 qt Vegetable Stock
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Sauté Butter, Onion and Garlic.
- Add Crushed Tomatoes and simmer for 60-90 minutes.
- Add Vegetable Stock and cook until slightly reduced.
- Add Heavy Cream and blend.
- Serve in shot glasses with Grilled Cheese or over rice.
