Whipped Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 lbs Butter at room temperature (depending on how much you need)

Flavors

  • 1 bunch Chopped Scallions (Scallion Butter flavor)
  • 1 bunch Parsley (Herb Butter flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (Herb Butter flavor)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Tarragon (Herb Butter flavor)
  • 1-2 bunches Chopped Chives (Chive Butter flavor)
  • Zest & Juice of One Orange (Citrus Butter flavor)
  • Zest & Juice of One Lime (Citrus Butter flavor)
  • Zest & Juice of Two Lemons (Lemon Butter flavor)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro Chopped (Cilantro Butter flavor)
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon (Cilantro Butter flavor)
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic (Garlic Butter flavor)
  • 1 pinch Sugar (Garlic Butter flavor)
  • 4 Apples (Apple Butter flavor)
  • ΒΌ cup Sugar (Apple Butter flavor)
  • 3 tbsp Water (Apple Butter flavor)

Instructions
 

  • In food processor place room temperature Butter. Add desired flavors to butter and run for 30 seconds just to blend.
  • Remove flavored butter and wrap in wax paper into 2" logs and refrigerate until ready to use.

Apple Butter Flavor

  • Place peeled, cored, sliced apples in saucepan with Sugar and Water until soft.
