Lobsters w/ Drawn Butter & Lemon

Ingredients
- Lobsters (1 per guest)
- 2 Lemons (cut in half)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ΒΌ cup Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp White Vinegar
Serve
- 2-3 lbs Butter
- Lemon Wedges
Instructions
- Bring a large lobster pot of water to boil then add Lemons, Garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, Bay Leaves, Sugar and White Vinegar.
- Add Lobsters to the boil and cook until shells are red (7-10 minutes for the first pound and 2-3 minutes for each additional pound). Pull lobsters from pot and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Serve
- In saucepan place Butter and simmer until melted then pour into small ramekins or butter bowls.
- Serve with lemon wedges and lobster crackers and forks/picks.
