Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 1-2 bunches Fresh Basil
- 3-5 cloves Garlic
- ½-¾ cup Grated Cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Lightly Toasted Pignoli Nuts (you can use walnuts if you prefer)
- 1 cup Olive Oil (more if needed)
Instructions
- In food processor place Basil, Garlic, Grated Cheese, Salt and Pignoli Nuts. Pulse to incorporate.
- Slowly add Olive Oil while motor is running. Once desired consistency is reached taste for seasoning.
