Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 bunches Fresh Basil
  • 3-5 cloves Garlic
  • ½-¾ cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Lightly Toasted Pignoli Nuts (you can use walnuts if you prefer)
  • 1 cup Olive Oil (more if needed)

Instructions
 

  • In food processor place Basil, Garlic, Grated Cheese, Salt and Pignoli Nuts. Pulse to incorporate.
  • Slowly add Olive Oil while motor is running. Once desired consistency is reached taste for seasoning.
