Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms

This is a very elegant hors d'oeuvre or a new twist on that Thanksgiving side.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 Mushrooms (cleaned and stemmed)
  • 1 piece Brie (approximately 8 oz)
  • ½ piece St. Andre (approximately 4 oz)
  • ½ cup Crumbled Bleu Cheese
  • ¼ cup Grated Pecorino Romano
  • ½ stick Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In processor blend Brie, St. Andre, Bleu Cheese, Grated Pecorino Romano, Butter, Garlic Powder and Crushed Black Pepper.
  • Place cheese mixture in pastry bag and fill mushrooms.
  • Place on cookie sheet and under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
