Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms
This is a very elegant hors d'oeuvre or a new twist on that Thanksgiving side.

Ingredients
- 30 Mushrooms (cleaned and stemmed)
- 1 piece Brie (approximately 8 oz)
- ½ piece St. Andre (approximately 4 oz)
- ½ cup Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- ¼ cup Grated Pecorino Romano
- ½ stick Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Instructions
- In processor blend Brie, St. Andre, Bleu Cheese, Grated Pecorino Romano, Butter, Garlic Powder and Crushed Black Pepper.
- Place cheese mixture in pastry bag and fill mushrooms.
- Place on cookie sheet and under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
