Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms
This is a very elegant hors d'oeuvre or a new twist on that Thanksgiving side.

- 30 Mushrooms (cleaned and stemmed)
- 1 piece Brie (approximately 8 oz)
- ½ piece St. Andre (approximately 4 oz)
- ½ cup Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- ¼ cup Grated Pecorino Romano
- ½ stick Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
In processor blend Brie, St. Andre, Bleu Cheese, Grated Pecorino Romano, Butter, Garlic Powder and Crushed Black Pepper.
Place cheese mixture in pastry bag and fill mushrooms.
Place on cookie sheet and under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
