Ingredients
- Farfalle Pasta (quantity based on number of guests)
- 1 bunch Fresh Asparagus (blanched and cut on a diagonal in 2-inch lengths)
- 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
- ¼ cup Olive Oil (or more if needed)
- 3 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
- ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- 1 lb Poached Chicken (sliced or diced)
- ¼ lb Chopped Crispy Bacon (optional)
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Farfalle Pasta as directed on package. Drain.
- Add to pasta Asparagus, Fresh Baby Spinach, Olive Oil, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper, Poached Chicken, optional Chopped Crispy Bacon, Heavy Cream and Shaved Parmesan Cheese.
