Ingredients
  

  • Farfalle Pasta (quantity based on number of guests)
  • 1 bunch Fresh Asparagus (blanched and cut on a diagonal in 2-inch lengths)
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil (or more if needed)
  • 3 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
  • ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lb Poached Chicken (sliced or diced)
  • ¼ lb Chopped Crispy Bacon (optional)
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Farfalle Pasta as directed on package. Drain.
  • Add to pasta Asparagus, Fresh Baby Spinach, Olive Oil, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper, Poached Chicken, optional Chopped Crispy Bacon, Heavy Cream and Shaved Parmesan Cheese.
