Sauerkraut w/ Bacon
This sauerkraut is really special but omit the bacon if you have vegetarians.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive OIl
- 2 Finely Diced Onion
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- ½ lb Diced Raw Bacon
- 1 bag / can Sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Sauté Olive Oil, Onions, Garlic and Bacon until onions are caramelized and bacon is crispy.
- Drain some of the bacon fat then add Sauerkraut and Dark Brown Sugar. Toss well and heat through.
