Grilled Corn-on-the-Cob w/ Cilantro-Lime Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 10-12 ears Corn
  • 1 can Beer
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Salt
  • Cilantro-Lime Butter (prepared separately)

Instructions
 

  • Place Corn (in husks) in container of cold water. Add Beer, Sugar and Salt and soak overnight.
  • Remove corn from bath, pull back husks leaving intact at base. Brush with Cilantro-Lime Butter and cover with husks.
  • Place on hot grill turning every 2-3 minutes for 5-6 minutes total.
