Ingredients
- 10-12 ears Corn
- 1 can Beer
- ½ cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Salt
- Cilantro-Lime Butter (prepared separately)
Instructions
- Place Corn (in husks) in container of cold water. Add Beer, Sugar and Salt and soak overnight.
- Remove corn from bath, pull back husks leaving intact at base. Brush with Cilantro-Lime Butter and cover with husks.
- Place on hot grill turning every 2-3 minutes for 5-6 minutes total.
