Cilantro-Lime Butter
(prepared separately)
Instructions
Place Corn (in husks) in container of cold water. Add Beer, Sugar and Salt and soak overnight.
Remove corn from bath, pull back husks leaving intact at base. Brush with Cilantro-Lime Butter and cover with husks.
Place on hot grill turning every 2-3 minutes for 5-6 minutes total.
