Ginger Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Fresh Carrots (about ½ carrot per guest; peeled, washed and sliced on a diagonal less than ¼" thick)
  • ½ stick Butter
  • cup Water or Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Chopped Pickled Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Place carrots on sauté pan with Butter, Water (or Lemon Juice), Pickled Ginger, Brown Sugar, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender and glossy.
