Ingredients
- 6 Fresh Carrots (about ½ carrot per guest; peeled, washed and sliced on a diagonal less than ¼" thick)
- ½ stick Butter
- ⅛ cup Water or Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Chopped Pickled Ginger
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Place carrots on sauté pan with Butter, Water (or Lemon Juice), Pickled Ginger, Brown Sugar, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender and glossy.
