6Fresh Carrots(about ½ carrot per guest; peeled, washed and sliced on a diagonal less than ¼" thick)

2tspChopped Pickled Ginger
1tbspBrown Sugar
½tspOnion Powder
½tspGarlic Powder
Instructions
Place carrots on sauté pan with Butter, Water (or Lemon Juice), Pickled Ginger, Brown Sugar, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender and glossy.
