Teriyaki Salmon

This is a very flavorful way to prepare salmon. It also cuts the fishiness of the dish.

Ingredients
  

  • Wild Salmon (whole side or portions)

Marinade

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
  • Zest & Juice of One Fresh Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Chopped Fresh or Pickled Ginger

Instructions
 

Salmon

  • Rinse with cold water and check for bones down the center of Wild Salmon.

Marinade

  • Mix together Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Honey, White Rice Vinegar, Lemon Zest & Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder and Ginger.
  • Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Bake

  • Bake salmon in 400℉ oven for approximately 20 minutes or until salmon is slightly browned around the edges. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
