This is a very flavorful way to prepare salmon. It also cuts the fishiness of the dish.

Ingredients
- Wild Salmon (whole side or portions)
Marinade
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
- Zest & Juice of One Fresh Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
- ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Chopped Fresh or Pickled Ginger
Instructions
Salmon
- Rinse with cold water and check for bones down the center of Wild Salmon.
Marinade
- Mix together Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Honey, White Rice Vinegar, Lemon Zest & Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder and Ginger.
- Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Bake
- Bake salmon in 400℉ oven for approximately 20 minutes or until salmon is slightly browned around the edges. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
