Rinse with cold water and check for bones down the center of Wild Salmon.
Marinade
Mix together Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Honey, White Rice Vinegar, Lemon Zest & Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder and Ginger.
Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Bake
Bake salmon in 400℉ oven for approximately 20 minutes or until salmon is slightly browned around the edges. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
