Sweet & Spicy: This is a delicious dipping sauce that is hot and sweet and perfect for dipping spring rolls. Peanut Butter Sauce: This is great with any satay especially chicken.

Ingredients
Sweet & Spicy
- 1½ cups Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 clove Whole Garlic
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Small Piece of Fresh Ginger
- ¼ cup White Rice Vinegar
Peanut Butter Sauce
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Light Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Fresh Chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2-3 stalks Finely Chopped Scallion
- ¼ cup Coconut Milk
Instructions
Sweet & Spicy
- In saucepan place Water, Sugar, Red Pepper Flakes, Whole Garlic, Salt, Ginger and White Rice Vinegar.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove garlic clove and piece of ginger. Let cool then refrigerate until ready to use.
Peanut Butter Sauce
- In mixing bowl combine Creamy Peanut Butter, Chunky Peanut Butter, Light Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic Powder, Scallion and Coconut Milk and blend well.
