Ingredients
- ½ cup Water
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 24 oz Bittersweet Chocolate Pieces
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter (cut into 1" cubes)
- 6 Eggs
Instructions
- In saucepan bring to a boil Water, Salt and Sugar.
- In top of double boiler melt Chocolate.
- Whisk Unsalted Butter into melted chocolate.
- Pour chocolate mixture into bowl of mixer and add hot water/sugar mixture.
- Add Eggs one at a time.
- Pour batter into a 10" buttered pan and place in a water bath. Bake in 300℉ oven for 45-50 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with unsweetened whipped cream and cocoa powder or a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
