In saucepan bring to a boil Water, Salt and Sugar.
In top of double boiler melt Chocolate.
Whisk Unsalted Butter into melted chocolate.
Pour chocolate mixture into bowl of mixer and add hot water/sugar mixture.
Add Eggs one at a time.
Pour batter into a 10" buttered pan and place in a water bath. Bake in 300℉ oven for 45-50 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with unsweetened whipped cream and cocoa powder or a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
