Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 24 oz Bittersweet Chocolate Pieces
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 6 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan bring to a boil Water, Salt and Sugar.
  • In top of double boiler melt Chocolate.
  • Whisk Unsalted Butter into melted chocolate.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into bowl of mixer and add hot water/sugar mixture.
  • Add Eggs one at a time.
  • Pour batter into a 10" buttered pan and place in a water bath. Bake in 300℉ oven for 45-50 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with unsweetened whipped cream and cocoa powder or a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
