Chimichurri Sauce
A wonderful Brazilian salsa/sauce for grilled meats but equally as good on grilled chicken and fish.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Coarsely Chopped Onion
- ½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley
- ¼ cup Water
Instructions
- In processor place Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion, Parsley, Cilantro and Water. Pulse to incorporate everything. Refrigerate overnight.
