Chimichurri Sauce

A wonderful Brazilian salsa/sauce for grilled meats but equally as good on grilled chicken and fish.

Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Coarsely Chopped Onion
  • ½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In processor place Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion, Parsley, Cilantro and Water. Pulse to incorporate everything. Refrigerate overnight.
