Baby Back Ribs

A fall-off-the-bone culinary experience. Have lots of napkins on hand.

Ingredients
  

  • Racks of Baby Back Ribs (quantity based on size of party)
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Paprika
  • ½ tbsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup White Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cumin
  • 3 tbsp Dried Cilantro
  • 1 can Beer
  • BBQ Sauce (to fully cover ribs)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat dry rack(s) of Baby Back Ribs.
  • Make dry rub blending Salt, Brown Sugar, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper, White Sugar, Cumin and Dried Cilantro. Rub all over ribs and refrigerate overnight.
  • Slow roast ribs in a covered baking pan 2 hours in a 275℉ oven.
  • Remove from oven and add Beer and BBQ Sauce to fully cover ribs.
  • Return to oven and bake at 300℉ 1-1½ hours or until bubbly hot and ribs have a nice, caramelized glaze coating.
