Honey Roasted Southern Ham

A southern classic - a smoked ham glazed in honey and slow roasted to heat through. This ham is always the star of a holiday buffet or your Easter Sunday meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Smoked Ham
  • Zest & Juice of One Orange
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tbsp Dried Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Clean and trim Smoked Ham then score and stud with cloves (optional).
  • In mixing bowl place Orange Zest, Orange Juice, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Honey, Pure Maple Syrup, Onion Powder, Dried Mustard Powder, Dried Ginger and Black Pepper. Blend then rub all over ham.
  • Place ham in a 300℉ oven for 2 hours or until ham is thoroughly heated.
