Roasted Potatoes
There is nothing like roasted potatoes - almost as comforting as creamy mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes (or any potato you prefer)
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ½ tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- ½ tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Wash, dry and cut Potatoes to desired size and place in mixing bowl.
- Add Olive Oil, Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes and Sugar. Toss to coat.
- Place seasoned potatoes in baking dish and roast in a 400℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown but soft and fluffy inside.
