Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 lbs Ground Veal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- ½ cup Marsala Wine
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Heavy Cream (or Milk)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (more or less - as needed add a little at a time until proper consistency is achieved)
Instructions
Meatballs
- In food processor mince Onion, Garlic and Mushrooms. Place in mixing bowl.
- To mixing bowl add Veal, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley Flakes, Marsala Wine, Eggs, and Heavy Cream. Add Breadcrumbs a little at a time until proper consistency is achieved.
- Let meat mixture rest in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes then roll into small cocktail size meatballs about 1 oz each. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 375℉ oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Toss with either marsala sauce or sherry demi-glace and serve.
