Ingredients
- Firm Tofu (cut into ½" cubes)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Ginger
- 2 clove Minced Garlic
- Zest & Juice of One Lemon
- 3 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
- 3 tbsp Sliced Scallions
Instructions
- Cut Tofu into ½" cubes.
- Mix Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic and Lemon Zest & Juice and marinade Tofu for 3-4 hours.
- Toss in hot oiled wok for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds and Scallions. Toss and serve.
