Stir-fried Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • Firm Tofu (cut into ½" cubes)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 clove Minced Garlic
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • 3 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Sliced Scallions

Instructions
 

  • Cut Tofu into ½" cubes.
  • Mix Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic and Lemon Zest & Juice and marinade Tofu for 3-4 hours.
  • Toss in hot oiled wok for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds and Scallions. Toss and serve.
