Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless - Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- ½ tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Dark Molasses
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
Instructions
- Clean and cut Chicken Breasts into strips.
- Mix Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Onion Powder, Dark Molasses, Black Pepper and White Rice Vinegar and marinate chicken for 2-3 hours.
- Toss in hot oiled wok and stir fry for about 4-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked (white inside)
