Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Boneless - Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Dark Molasses
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp White Rice Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut Chicken Breasts into strips.
  • Mix Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Onion Powder, Dark Molasses, Black Pepper and White Rice Vinegar and marinate chicken for 2-3 hours.
  • Toss in hot oiled wok and stir fry for about 4-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked (white inside)
