Ingredients
Firm Tofu
(cut into ½" cubes)

Olive Oil

Soy Sauce

Ginger

Minced Garlic
Zest & Juice of One Lemon

White Sesame Seeds

Sliced Scallions
Instructions
Cut Tofu into ½" cubes.
Mix Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic and Lemon Zest & Juice and marinade Tofu for 3-4 hours.
Toss in hot oiled wok for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds and Scallions. Toss and serve.
