Baby Chinese Spare Ribs

These ribs are so tender and deliciously sticky and are often made boneless.

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 racks Baby Ribs (or 2 lbs of pork tenderloin cut into 2-3" chunks)
  • ½ cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 inch piece Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 3 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and Trim Ribs (or pork tenderloin).
  • Place meat in a bowl with Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Sesame Oil, Fresh Ginger, White Rice Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes (optional). Let marinade overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Place marinated meat on a parchment lined baking pan and slow roast in a 300℉ oven for 2 hours or until meat is tender and sticky.
