Ingredients
- 1-2 racks Baby Ribs (or 2 lbs of pork tenderloin cut into 2-3" chunks)
- ½ cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 inch piece Grated Fresh Ginger
- 3 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and Trim Ribs (or pork tenderloin).
- Place meat in a bowl with Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Sesame Oil, Fresh Ginger, White Rice Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes (optional). Let marinade overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place marinated meat on a parchment lined baking pan and slow roast in a 300℉ oven for 2 hours or until meat is tender and sticky.
