Ingredients
Chicken
- Chicken Cutlets (prepared separately)
Buffalo Sauce
- 1 stick Butter
- ½ cup Hot Sauce (for this I prefer Frank's Hot Sauce but it's your choice)
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Bleu Cheese Dip
- 1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- ¼ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Instructions
Chicken
- Cut Chicken Cutlets to desired size.
Buffalo Sauce
- Melt Butter in Saucepan
- Add Hot Sauce, White Vinegar and Onion Powder
- Blend and toss with Chicken Pieces
Bleu Cheese Dip
- Blend Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Bleu Cheese and Black Pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve
- Serve Boneless Buffalo Chicken w/ Bleu Cheese and celery sticks.
