Ingredients
- Whole Turkey or Boneless Turkey Breasts
- 2 sticks Butter
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 can 7-up (or ginger ale)
Instructions
- Wash Turkey.
- Make marinade. Melt Butter. Add Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sugar, White Rice Vinegar, Paprika and 7 Up.
- Pour marinade over turkey and refrigerate overnight.
- Place turkey and marinade in roasting pan and place in 400℉ oven for approximately 1½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 160℉. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
