Holiday Ham
This ham is always the star of a holiday buffet or your Easter Sunday meal. It doesn't get easier than this, and taste and presentation are off the chart with little effort.

Ingredients
- 1 Smoked Ham
- ½ cup Dark Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Apricot Preserve
- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Bourbon
Instructions
- Score Smoked Ham in a diamond pattern.
- Mix together Dark Brown Sugar, Apricot Preserve, Dijon Mustard, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Bourbon.
- Spread mixture over the ham and bake in a 300℉ oven for 1½ hours or until golden brown.
