Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • Butter (for casserole dish)
  • Breadcrumbs (for casserole dish)
  • Olive Oil (a drizzle)
  • ¼ cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice Broccoli and Cauliflower into florets.
  • Place broccoli and cauliflower in a pot of salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and place in mixing bowl.
  • Add Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Softened Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise and Heavy Cream. Toss well.
  • Butter and breadcrumb a baking or casserole dish.
  • Drizzle with a little Olive Oil and sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake in a 350℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
