Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli
- 1 head Cauliflower
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- Butter (for casserole dish)
- Breadcrumbs (for casserole dish)
- Olive Oil (a drizzle)
- ¼ cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Wash and slice Broccoli and Cauliflower into florets.
- Place broccoli and cauliflower in a pot of salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and place in mixing bowl.
- Add Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Softened Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise and Heavy Cream. Toss well.
- Butter and breadcrumb a baking or casserole dish.
- Drizzle with a little Olive Oil and sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake in a 350℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
