Ingredients
- 2 lbs Shrimp (U21 ct)
- ½ stick Butter
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 Finely Diced Shallots
- 1 cup White Wine
Instructions
- Wash, clean, peel and devein Shrimp.
- In sauté pan place Butter, Olive Oil and Shallots.
- When shallots are soft add White Wine. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and are just firm.
- Serve on oriental spoons on top of thick guacamole or just toothpicked.
