Pan-Seared Shrimp w/ White Wine & Shallots

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Shrimp (U21 ct)
  • ½ stick Butter
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Finely Diced Shallots
  • 1 cup White Wine

Instructions
 

  • Wash, clean, peel and devein Shrimp.
  • In sauté pan place Butter, Olive Oil and Shallots.
  • When shallots are soft add White Wine. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add Shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and are just firm.
  • Serve on oriental spoons on top of thick guacamole or just toothpicked.
