Shrimp

Butter
¼
cup
Olive Oil

Finely Diced Shallots
1
cup
White Wine
Instructions
Wash, clean, peel and devein Shrimp.
In sauté pan place Butter, Olive Oil and Shallots.
When shallots are soft add White Wine. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add Shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and are just firm.
Serve on oriental spoons on top of thick guacamole or just toothpicked.
