Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Pork
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Cold Tomato Sauce
- 1 Finely Diced Onion
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- ¼ cup Chopped Basil
- ¼ cup Grated Cheese
- 1 Finely Diced Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Finely Diced Red Bell Pepper
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (more or less as needed)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently mix with clean hands. Don't over mix or pack too tightly. Let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer.
- Form cocktail size meatballs and place on oiled baking sheet. Bake in a 350℉ oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature is 160℉.
