Sausage & Pepper Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Pork
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cold Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Finely Diced Onion
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • ¼ cup Chopped Basil
  • ¼ cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 Finely Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Finely Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (more or less as needed)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently mix with clean hands. Don't over mix or pack too tightly. Let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer.
  • Form cocktail size meatballs and place on oiled baking sheet. Bake in a 350℉ oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature is 160℉.
