Peppadew w/ Chevre & Pignoli Nuts

These are sweet and spicy little pickled peppers that are easily found in supermarkets or specialty delis. They are perfect as is but make a great vessel for a variety of fillings to serve as little hors d'oeuvres.
You can stuff these little treats with anything you like.

Refrigerating Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar Whole Peppadew Peppers
  • Chevre
  • Pesto
  • Pignoli Nuts

Instructions
 

  • I like to fill these Peppadew Peppers with Chevre that is softened and blended with a little pesto and topped with a few toasted Pignoli Nuts.
  • Chill about 30 minutes before serving.
