Clams-on-the-Half Shell & Oysters

Ingredients
  

  • 2 doz Oysters
  • 3-5 doz Little Neck Clams

Instructions
 

  • Soak oysters and clams in cold salty water for a minimum of 20 minutes.
  • Rinse Oysters and Clams well and carefully open. Leave all the meat on one side of the shell.
  • Serve with lemon wedges, horseradish and hot sauce.

Notes

Some fish mongers or supermarket fish departments will open these for you - a great time saver.
