Ingredients
- 2 doz Oysters
- 3-5 doz Little Neck Clams
Instructions
- Soak oysters and clams in cold salty water for a minimum of 20 minutes.
- Rinse Oysters and Clams well and carefully open. Leave all the meat on one side of the shell.
- Serve with lemon wedges, horseradish and hot sauce.
Notes
Some fish mongers or supermarket fish departments will open these for you - a great time saver.Â
