Little Neck Clams
Instructions
Soak oysters and clams in cold salty water for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Rinse Oysters and Clams well and carefully open. Leave all the meat on one side of the shell.
Serve with lemon wedges, horseradish and hot sauce.
Notes
Some fish mongers or supermarket fish departments will open these for you - a great time saver.
