White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

These cookies are so moist and delicious.

Cook Time 18 minutes
Refrigerating Time 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 8 minutes

Ingredients
  

Flour Mixture

  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Batter

  • 2 sticks Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg (large egg)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Chunks

Instructions
 

Flour Mixture

  • In mixing bowl sift together Flour, Baking Powder and Salt

Batter

  • In bowl of stand mixer cream Unsalted Butter and Sugar.
  • When creamy add Egg and Vanilla Extract.
  • With mixer on low slowly add flour mixture. When incorporated add Macadamia Nuts and White Chocolate Chunks.
  • Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before using.

Cook

  • Scoop dough with 1 or 2 oz ice cream scoop and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 325℉ oven for 12-18 minutes depending on size of cookie or until lightly golden and slightly soft to the touch. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
