White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients
Flour Mixture
- 2 cups Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
Batter
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg (large egg)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts
- ½ cup White Chocolate Chunks
Instructions
Flour Mixture
- In mixing bowl sift together Flour, Baking Powder and Salt
Batter
- In bowl of stand mixer cream Unsalted Butter and Sugar.
- When creamy add Egg and Vanilla Extract.
- With mixer on low slowly add flour mixture. When incorporated add Macadamia Nuts and White Chocolate Chunks.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before using.
Cook
- Scoop dough with 1 or 2 oz ice cream scoop and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 325℉ oven for 12-18 minutes depending on size of cookie or until lightly golden and slightly soft to the touch. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
