Mini Sliders

These mini burgers are still very popular. Here are some of my variations.

Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 Onions
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • Bread: Min-Buns (baby potato rolls are perfect but any bread you like is fine)

All Beef Sliders

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Catsup
  • 2 tbsp Mustard (your preference)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

All-Star Sliders

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ lb Ground Pork
  • ½ lb Ground Veal
  • ¼ cup Catsup
  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Chicken Sliders

  • 2 lba Ground Chicken
  • ½ bottle Sweet Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Sausage & Pepper Sliders

  • 2 lbs Ground Pork
  • 1 Finely Diced Green Pepper
  • 1 Finely Diced Red Pepper (you can also add these to the onion & garlic start)
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Marinara Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Grated Pecorino Romano
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Basil

Lamb Sliders

  • 2 lbs Ground Lamb
  • ½ tbsp Dried Mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Veggie Slider

  • 1 can Black Beans (rinsed & drained - pulse chop in processor)
  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 Finely Shredded Carrot
  • ¼ cup Corn
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • For each type of slider start with pulsing in a food processor Onion and Garlic until finely chopped. Then place in mixing bowl and add meat and other ingredients based on specific variations.
  • Let mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to a few hours.
  • Form mixture into small patties. Place on a hot flat griddle or sauté pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 130℉ for All Beef and Lamb, 155℉ All-star and Sausage & Peppers and 165℉ for Chicken.
  • Place on mini buns (baby potato rolls are perfect but any bread you like is fine).
