Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Finely Sliced Onion
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 lbs Baby Fresh Spinach

Instructions
 

  • In large sauté pan place Onion, Olive Oil and Garlic. When onions are soft add Spinach and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Salt and pepper to taste.
