Grilled Boneless Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Breasts (cleaned and trimmed, quantity based on your party size)

Marinade

  • 1 can Peaches (small can; drain but reserve liquid
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Dried Tarragon
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • ½ tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Clean and trim Chicken Breasts.
  • Drain can of Peaches reserving Peach Juice.
  • In mixing bowl place Chicken Filets, Peach Juice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Tarragon, White Vinegar and Sugar. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or longer.
  • Place on hot grill pan lightly brushed with olive oil. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Let rest before slicing or serving.
