Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts (cleaned and trimmed, quantity based on your party size)
Marinade
- 1 can Peaches (small can; drain but reserve liquid
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Dried Tarragon
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- ½ tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Clean and trim Chicken Breasts.
- Drain can of Peaches reserving Peach Juice.
- In mixing bowl place Chicken Filets, Peach Juice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Tarragon, White Vinegar and Sugar. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or longer.
- Place on hot grill pan lightly brushed with olive oil. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Let rest before slicing or serving.
